Please leave your beloved pets at home. The festival does not offer anything for them and is not prepared to accommodate them. After years of trying various milder alternatives, we have arrived at a complete ban for both the festival grounds and the campsite. This decision does not bring us any joy – we are not haters of four-legged friends and own dogs ourselves, but during the festival, they stay at home.
Ensuring a high level of safety is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, there have been repeated incidents of both visitors and crew members being bitten, which we cannot afford to risk. Additionally, due to the lack of signal on-site, we are unable to handle lost pets or similar situations effectively.
Previously, we urged attendees to respect the rules, with violations leading to stricter regulations. We have now reached the point of a total ban. Please be aware that you will not be allowed entry with a dog at the gate. If you are found inside the festival area with a dog, your wristband will be removed, and you will be escorted out without any refund. These are the festival rules, and by entering, you agree to comply with them.
Thank you for your understanding. We have spent years searching for a milder solution, but the results were not sufficient.
You don’t need to print presale tickets on paper, but we recommend taking a screenshot of the ticket’s QR code in advance. You probably won’t be able to access email or anything else online at the gate. See “Phone Signal” below.
The land owner is currently working on improving the local infrastructure, however at this point you cannot pay by card. We recommend that you bring enough cash, this applies both to the gate and the restaurant, buffet, bar and also the stalls. The nearest ATM is in Vítkov (8 km): Google Map.
We will accept Euros, but we will return back CZK.
This year, the land owner is trying to improve the situation with the absence of a mobile signal. In general, be prepared to search for a signal and you won’t be able to call from most places. The same situation applies to mobile internet. This also means that tickets from the presale sale must be prepared in advance on your phone! We recommend taking a screenshot of the QR code of the ticket.
In Hadinka, even in really nice weather during the day, temperatures can drop below 10 degrees at night and in the morning. We recommend that you prepare for similar temperatures, despite the favorable forecast. On the contrary, it repeatedly happens that even the forecast for rain turns out to be such that it pours and lightning flies around, but on Hadinka we dance in peace and enjoy the theater of the elements.
Hadinka operates showers right next to the Tent Camp, these are available for a reasonable fee.
There are enough toilets on site, both classic brick ones with water sinks (near the MAIN STAGE, near the Camp and at the CHILL STAGE), and we are also adding a sufficient number of mobile toilets, which are regularly cleaned and, according to our experience, remain in very good condition throughout the festival. There is also a mobile toilet dedicated to handicapped in the Tent Camp.
Drinking water is freely available at the toilets, and there is also a classic outdoor sink for washing/cleaning teeth right next to the Tent Camp. Large-capacity barrels filled with water from the same source are also located in the area.
Hadinka runs a restaurant right next to the Tent Camp. Another buffet is usually open near the KIDS AREA. Our festival bars will be in operation at MAIN STAGE, CHILL STAGE and GROOVY STAGE. We will appreciate if you support us by buying drinks at UFO BUFO bars. 😉
You can get various dishes in the restaurant next to the Tent Camp and selected stall vendors will be preparing various food from around the world near the MAIN STAGE.
The stalls will offer also a variety of goods near the MAIN STAGE. There will also be small “from the blanket” sellers’ area for offering jewelry and similar handicraft items.
UFO BUFO merch will be available in our festival shop. Products with various festival motifs will be available for purchase: t-shirts (including children sizes), dresses, textile bags, keyring lanyards and various small items, including this year’s premiere: Nicknack cups. All items with motifs of this year’s festival and some older items with a discount price. Thank you for giving us a visit and buying the products, you directly support the festival and help us grow.
Due to the one-way road leading from the village, a traffic light-controlled traffic is in place for the duration of the festival. This complicates leaving the festival for possible purchases, ATM withdrawals, etc. We recommend preparing for this and ideally not counting on a trip “to civilization”. The nearest supermarkets are in Vítkov (8 km) – Lidl, Penny and others: Google Map.
