Frequently Asked Questions

When is it possible to come?

Any time from the morning of Wednesday 19.6.2024 (7 am) until the end of the festival – Sunday 23.6.2024. The entrance fee is collected / tickets checked throughout the whole duration of the festival.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

There will be enough tickets on site. Take advantage of lower prices in pre-sale – tickets are on sale until Sunday 16.6.2024!

Do I have to print my ticket?

You don’t have to, but watch out for a really bad signal on the spot, it’s possible that you won’t be able to access your email or anything else online at the gate. We recommend making a screenshot/photo of the QR code of the ticket.

Can you pick me up from the train station?

We organize transportation from Hranice na Morava railway station. Our traditional carrier will take you to the place for a fee of CZK 200 per person in a private car.
On Sunday, the cars will be joined by a minibus for transfer to the station.
We will publish the details before the festival, and the schedule of departures on Sunday will also be on site at the info point.

Will there be space for my tent / will it be sold out?

There will be definitly a space for your tent. We have a huge meadow “Caravan camp”, where you can also have a tent next to your car. Or you can use the parking lot and campsite in Tent camp, which is next to the restaurant, showers and toilets. Hadinka can comfortably hold tens of thousands of visitors, which is nowhere near what our expected attendance is, so there will be no problem for sure.

Can I have a tent next to the car / can I go to the Caravan camp where my friends are, with my passenger car?

Yes, you can. If the capacity allows, it will be possible to pay for Caravan camping with a passenger car and have a tent next to the car, or camping together with friends in the Caravan camp. Details can be found in our Guide in the Arrival, Parking, Camping article.

Can I pay with EUR?

Yes, we will accept Euros, but we will return back CZK. We ask that you have the smallest possible bills. In the entire complex, including the gate, restaurant, etc., it is not possible to pay by card for technical reasons, we have no signal there. Please prepare enough cash.

Can I return the ticket?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the tickets, but you can sell them – we will help you in FB Event. To transfer the ticket to the new owner, please use this tool, they will receive a brand new ticket with their name.

Can I help you in any way?

The ticket

First of all, we will be very happy if you buy a ticket to the festival. Enjoy it, we do our best to give you the best possible experience. The costs of the festival are really high these days and because we want the festival to remain independent, you won’t see any logos with partners or subsidies, even though it would seem to be an easier way for us.
Buying a ticket is therefore the crucial thing, which helps financially cover whatever we have come up with for the visitors.

Propagation

Our propagation options are limited and we are happy to be mentioned in the media or anywhere else. Also we will be happy if you simply communicate with us on social networks, every reaction improves our visibility and enables us to be discovered by someone who has not heard of the festival.
We will also be happy if you talk about the festival with your friends and families, we will be very happy to welcome them sometime in the future. 🙂

Bars

We have UFO BUFO bars next to the stages. By consuming drinks at these bars, you support the festival, If you leave a tip on the bar (common tip in CZ is 10% and more), our bartenders will love you even more. There are also other bars in the area, which do not share their earnings with the festival. We would like to make it clear that we are also friends with these operators and we will be happy if you do not ignore them, this year’s edition will clearly show

Merch

We have our own merchandise stand on site, where you can buy products with various festival motifs: t-shirts (including children’s), dresses, textile bags, key rings around the neck and other small items, including this year’s premiere: Nicknack cups. The price of each product includes the costs and the amount supporting the festival. By buying, you will directly support our festival, help us grow and make it even better next time. Volunteers

We currently have all positions filled. Every year in April, there is a call for volunteers to help us before the festival (construction, landscaping, loading trucks in Ostrava, unloading at Hadinka, painting information boards, placing decorations), during the festival (cleaning, helping at the gate, keeping the fire, helping at the bar) and after the end of the festival (cleaning, loading tucks at Hadinka, unloading in Ostrava).

What will I hear on the festival?

It’s really a huge variety of electronic music, we have prepared playlists with sets by featured artists on our Souncloud to listen to. 😉
