Hans Dunkelkammer (Hans Trebus) is a Berlin-based producer and DJ focused on alternative and dark progressive sounds, including psygressive, psyprog, techtrance and zenonesque styles.
His musical journey began in 2003 with live instruments, playing drums in a stoner rock band and participating in percussion projects. After discovering electronic music, he started his DJ career in 2009, initially focusing on dark and alternative progressive, forest and darkpsy.
In 2013, he began producing his own music and quickly developed a distinctive sound that he continues to refine. Since 2015, he has released multiple EPs and two full-length albums on labels such as Glitchy.Tonic Records, Quintessence Records, Pistolero Recordings and Soupherb Records.
His live performances are based on a hybrid setup using laptop, Traktor and external mixing, delivering extended sets built entirely from his own productions, typically in the 135–138 BPM range.
