Martin Řihout, a holistic electrician, one of the founders of the Naraka cult, former deputy sheriff of the Fenix festival, and organizer of extreme psychedelic music parties is originally from Český Krumlov, is known as Dj Heehy. Music appealed to him from an early age. At eleven, while listening to Kiss, he had no idea that his greatest musical passions would be genres like Psycore, Hitech, Darkpsy, and Black Metal.
Not long after relocating to Prague in 2011, he founded the label Synaptic Dreams rec., dedicating himself to organizing audio-visual events primarily in Prague. In 2018, under this label, he released VA Nadali Vindali, which, besides tracks from artists around the world, also features his own production under the pseudonym Satyr Odjinud. In the fall of 2016, together with some members of the Synaptic Dreams rec. crew, WizArts, and Otrozony, he laid the organizational foundation of the Fenix festival and later became its “deputy sheriff” until 2022. Feeling that the Fenix rebirth was not enough, he decided to head straight to the gates of hell. Gathering further accomplices from the Nataraj art group, Vesellka soundsystem, and Fractal Bandits, he ventured towards the realm of Naraka.
In his sets, you’ll encounter hard, dark, and deep psytrance full of stories spanning genres like darkpsy, psycore, forest, and hitech. It’s almost always a hefty dose of psychedelia and a solid nocturnal sound. Prepare for an experience that will guide you through a maze of cosmic and organic sounds as your consciousness expands and connects with the surrounding world and cosmos, reaching a point of unity. Time becomes a drawn and unstable element, blurring the boundaries between subject and object, opening pathways to the depths of the soul.
