Tech Now, UFO BUFO
Around 1995, he came across CD compilation Drum & Bass Selection, which – together with the cassette Logical Progression – teleported him into the world of drum and bass for the next 15 years. In his hometown of Ostrava, the crew dvoika.troika ruled the scene at the time, and together with WKC crew, thanks to the support of several clubs, they created the perfect environment. What started as fandom soon evolved into a more active role: he became a party reporter and photographer for the blog drumandbass.cz.
Between 2000 and 2006, he produced more than 40 original tracks. In 2005 he became a member of the dvoika.troika crew, and a year later he also joined the crew of Ostrava’s Fabric club. From 2015 to 2024, he was part of New Kids On The Dock, co-organizing and VJing themed funky club nights.
In 2013 he joined the organization of the psytrance festival UFO BUFO, and since 2022 he has been hosting techno parties called Tech Now together with his wife SENSIMILIA.
His DJ sets most often feature techno and progressive house, with a focus on unusual fresh sounds and harmonies – while traces of his “broken beat” past can still be heard.
