Nibiru is the musical project of Bor, hailing from Kranj, Slovenia. Impressed by early gems like Juno Reactor’s appearances in movie soundtracks and drawing inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, he discovered his passion for psychedelic music at a young age. Influenced by different kinds of counter-culture, Bor started to connect with the psychedelic scene in local squats and after a transformative night at the 2011 edition of Ozora festival, he got inspired him to become a DJ and completely immerse himself in psychedelic culture.
Nibiru’s favorite sound is Forest psychedelia with dirty, punky, driving bass lines and twisted vibes, which he forms into dynamic sets ranging from 135 to 160 bpm. He already had the honor to play at some of the best festivals around the world, including Mo:dem, Masters Of Puppets, Ometeotl, Psycristrance, Aluna Ritual and many more. Besides being a co-founder of Chagga Records, together with his Brother Filip aka Fifs, he is also one of the main organizers of DROPS festival, Slovenia’s only psychedelic/experimental festival.
