Tomin’s journey into electronic music began around the year 2000, when the early wave of trance and electronic dance music first reached Slovakia. What started as fascination soon turned into a lifelong passion that naturally evolved into a professional DJ career in 2004 during his studies in Prague, where he became a resident DJ in clubs such as Exit and later the renowned Mecca.
Over the years, his sound has developed into a distinctive blend of deep house and melodic or tech house, enriched with elements of ambient, progressive and dub techno. His sets are known for their deep, hypnotic and emotional atmosphere, combining technical precision with strong connection to the audience.
Beyond DJing, Tomin is also an active producer under the aliases Tomin Tomovic and Alpha Hypnotica, releasing music on respected labels including Traum Schallplatten, Motek, Truesounds, Bonzai and his own Seta Label. Since 2015 he has been a key member of the SETA Label, currently acting as its leader and A&R, while also organizing label showcases and performing as resident DJ.
Throughout his career he has performed at numerous clubs and festivals across Europe, sharing stages with internationally recognized artists and continuously shaping underground electronic music through DJing, production and event organization.
